The website of BITFINZO is a typical bubble collection, decorated in bright colors, but having absolutely no semantic meaning. The efforts of the developers were estimated at 25 rubles. But we think it's a lot.
The main page of the "project" includes the following blocks:
- menu (about the company, answers to questions, contacts);
- a header with a greeting, a call to invest in a profitable investment plan and a "register" button;
- presentation of plans;
- block about the affiliate program;
- a couple of lines about the company, with links to checking the license (our friends obviously don’t know how a license differs from registration as an economic entity);
- statistics;
- logos of famous assets with which the company works.
In the "basement" are links to support chats and a client agreement. It makes sense to dwell on this document and several other points in more detail.
Expertise of legal information, BITFINZO licenses
Let's start with the fact that BITFINZO proudly posted a certificate of registration in the UK on its main page and in the "about us" section. We checked our document and it turned out to be genuine.
However, should we not know that the UK is one of the most favorite destinations for registering all kinds of offshore companies after Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Business entities registered in that country are subject to minimum requirements.
At the same time, it is not at all proven that our friends did not pull the registration data from the public registry.
In addition, registration does not yet give the right to work with investors. To do this, you need to obtain a license from the financial regulator, which, by the way, our friends do not have.
But even if there were, getting involved with UK-regulated companies is risky. Because the control of such organizations is carried out only within the country. All investors outside the United Kingdom remain unprotected.
The office did not have a license that protected clients from Russia and the CIS countries.
Caused doubt and the address of registration of the office. According to the specified contacts on Google maps, an incomprehensible building is located, without a photograph and a company card, by which it would be possible to understand that it is really located there.

And given that the project has only existed for 2 weeks, none of them have been completed yet.
And the last one is the age of the project. As we have already said, BITFINZO absolutely does not hide its real experience in the financial market. The result of the Whois check showed that the project was launched in November 2021 (see the very first screen). At the same time, the creators of the platform claim that they guarantee the accrual of the requested payments in full and have everything necessary to ensure profitable investments.
It seems to us that it is too early to make such loud promises, to put it mildly.
