A serious investment firm, which positions itself CIF Management, has offices in three capitals at once - Moscow, Berlin and Kingstown.

However, quite predictably, in the database of the main regulator of the Russian Federation, those were not found.
But CIF Management is proud to present on its website a license allegedly obtained by a certain ESEC regulator.
Have you heard of such a regulator? No? We didn't hear either. By the way, CIF Management is not the first to resort to such a trick in the form of a license from a fake regulator. On the Internet, we found a couple more reviews about the activities of this scam and the scammers to whom they distribute fake papers.
Anonymous offshore companies do not have normal documents and cannot have them.
It's also funny that in the footer of the main page, the company is no longer presented as cif-management.com, but as cif-management.org.
It seems to us that this is the former address of a similar "project", which has scammed and crawled out like an abscess on a new domain with a respectable .com ending.
By the way, if you pay attention, in the same place, in the “basement”, the company indicates that all the information regarding investment management that you can find on their website is just speculation. And even the success they rant about on every page may not help you in the future.
And for dessert - the age of the project. The CIF Management office claims in its fake license that it was registered in 2009. However, checking the age of the domain in an independent service showed us that it was created in 2020, and the resource began to fully function only in February 2021 (see the very first screen). Also, for more than 10 years of existence, the site of the office would be much more expensive than 2 rubles. Therefore, the legend of an experienced and reliable company presented to us crumbles like a house of cards.
