TorroInvest positions itself as a reliable financial intermediary that provides access to global markets. We were immediately alerted that there were no reviews about the office. It turned out that these are just another scammers who want to take possession of users' money. Next, we will describe in detail what the Torroinvest divorce scheme is.

Overview of basic information

Torroinvest calls itself either an investment company, or an exchange, or a CFD broker and claims to provide services around the world, although in fact this office is unknown to anyone. In the footer of the site it is noted that it has existed since 2000. 

This is a blatant lie: using the Whois service, we found out that the torroinvest.com domain was registered at the end of August 2020. It is strange that during this time there were no reviews about the scam.

The Torroinvest charlatans are also lying about world fame. Their site is visited by so few people that it is impossible to even get statistics

The scammers decided not to bother with the site: a special service estimates its cost at 2 rubles.

Torroinvest scammers decided not to spend money at all and ordered text editing on the site for a penny on a freelance exchange. A certain Mikhail from Ukraine is listed as a contact person. 

The “quality” of the platform is evidenced by the fact that when we try to open half of the tabs, we get to the website of the Russian hosting provider “MakHost”.

The Torroinvest site itself, a clone of the site, was bred by Deal Trade and Investmentbay, about which there are a lot of negative reviews on the Internet. This is how the main pages of these “kitchens” look like:

Here you can see identical profit calculators "Torroinvest", "Deal Trade" and "Investment Bay". Serial scammers simply created a lot of one-night shops in the hope of deceiving as many customers as possible.

By the way, it is the certificate of incorporation of Investmentbay that the charlatats from Torroinvest are trying to pass off as their permits. At the same time, legally, the hero of our review has nothing to do with the project. The phone number +442030978884 is also listed for Investmentbay.

There is no information about the creators of Torroinvest, but there is a list of top analysts. There are no photos or information about them on the site. We also could not find information about these “analysts” on the Web. We are sure that they are all just fictional people.

The website states that the company is allegedly registered in the UK.

When checking in the Companies House database, it turned out that such an organization was indeed registered, but there are several nuances. Firstly, the date of its entry into the register is April 16, 2021, which means that the organization has been operating illegally for about six months. Secondly, the document states that Torroinvest is an investment fund. This sharaga has no right to provide brokerage services.

The scammers claim to have received permits in Australia and Cyprus. It is not clear why, but the scammers decided that this gives them the right to provide services to residents of the UK. AFSL is a license issued by ASIC (Australian regulator). It has nothing to do with the FCA, an organization that licenses brokerage and investment activities in the UK.

When checking, it turned out that all the statements of “Torroinvest” are a blatant lie. There is no such organization in the CySec registry.

Torroinvest does not appear in the FSA and ASIC databases either. Swindlers, without blinking an eye, list regulators in the hope that no one will check the information.

The website of the scammer is available in Russian, which means that they are targeting Russian citizens. According to Federal Law No. 480, it is possible to provide financial services on the territory of the Russian Federation only after obtaining a license from the Central Bank. Torroinvest does not have this permit.

The “Client Agreement” of Torroinvest is completely “torn off” from the “Cooperation Agreement” of Investmentbay. Fraudsters were too lazy even to uniqueize the document. 

There are clauses in the “Client Agreement” that, judging by the reviews on the Web, are popular with scammers of all kinds.

What does Torroinvest offer?

For beginners who are not particularly versed in trading, scammers promise profitability up to 200%. All you need to do for this is to replenish your account with the maximum amount. Some clients of the fake office are led by this and take loans from the bank.

All numbers in your personal account are “drawn” by scammers. This is done so that the user continues to deposit money into the account. As soon as the cheaters realize that the trader is no longer able to invest in their project, they will immediately come up with violations on his part and quickly block the account. It is impossible to achieve the truth, so the deceived client will only have to write negative reviews about the scam.
