Attention! Fraud company!

Leave a request for a refund from a scammer.

Fast trade execution, tight spreads and instant withdrawals are just a few of the things VanInvestment offers to clients. Judging by the reviews, all these are empty promises that scammers distribute right and left in order to lure more naive “pinocchio” into their networks. In today's review, we will tell you what divorce scheme scammers use and how not to fall for their bait.

Basic information about Van Investment

The hero of our review positions himself as the No. 1 forex broker in the world. He claims to have 15 years of experience and the team is made up of qualified professionals. Their names are unknown, but this is not surprising: scammers are afraid to show their faces. There are few reviews of sharaga, so we doubted that it had existed for so long. The Whois service showed that we have a fresh scam project in front of us: the vaninvestment.io domain was registered less than a month and a half ago.

VanInvestment claims to operate completely legally and is headquartered in Germany. We did not see registration documents, so we decided to check this information. It turned out that there is no point in looking for the office of swindlers at the indicated address, since there is no information about them in the German register of companies.

In the reviews, traders say that it is difficult to communicate with VanInvestment technical support. This is not surprising, since you can only ask questions to a fake broker through the feedback form. There is an e-mail on the site, but writing to it is pointless: in fact, it does not exist. Of course, he didn’t have a phone and profiles on social networks.

The scammers say they have been rated 96 out of 100 by Creditsafe, an international company, and have not provided any copies of the reports. There is no way to check the information on the Creditsafe site, but we are sure that she would never give such a high rating to a sharashka office without registration. The creditworthiness of the hero of our review can be judged by his official website, which costs less than a dollar.

Legal documents of a fake broker

At first glance, it seems that VanInvestment has all the necessary documents. They are even stated in Russian, but do not rush to rejoice: they contain many points that do not allow the trader to earn a penny:

  • scammers do not guarantee that the information on their website will be complete, and that the platform will not contain malware;
  • scammers will not reimburse the investor for financial damage caused by their mistakes, negligence or deliberate actions;
  • scammers have the right to cancel any trader's transaction.

Also, the “User Agreement” states that the false broker provides each client with bonus funds. This offer is just a trick so that the user will no longer see his money, since the bonus must be worked out in order to withdraw it.

The scammers don't say a single word about whether they have a brokerage license. We decided to find out if they can provide services to Russian investors, since most of the reviews about them are written by our compatriots. It turned out that VanInvestment violated the requirements of Law No. 460-FZ: there is no information about it in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation did not even know about its existence.

What are the scammers offering?

The site says that traders are given the opportunity to earn on digital and fiat currencies, stocks, indices and energy resources. The cheaters praise their trading platform, but they don’t say a word about important things like leverage and spreads. They offer six types of accounts:

  • "Start". The top-up amount starts from 300 euros;
  • "Medium". The minimum deposit is 3000 EUR;
  • Standard. Opens after depositing 10,000 euros;
  • Premium. Entrance threshold - 30000 EUR;
  • Elite. The amount required for opening is 50,000 euros;
  • Platinum Privat. The deposit starts from 90000 EUR.

Scammers claim that order execution takes 40ms, and withdrawals are made within a few days. Judging by the reviews, this is a lie: users say that due to technical failures it is almost impossible to close a deal, and there is no question of withdrawing capital.

What is the opinion of VanInvestment among users?

There are few reviews about the fake office, and they are all negative. Ex-clients complain about the incorrectly working platform, the rudeness of technical support staff, constant slippage and the inability to withdraw money.

How do cheaters leave traders with empty pockets?

The crooks make the main emphasis on fees and commissions. Even at the registration stage, the victim receives a message that the site is constantly being hacked, so they need to deposit $500 as insurance. Next, you allegedly need to open a segregated bank account. To do this, you must pay the same amount.

When the user decides to withdraw the capital, it turns out that the withdrawal from the segregated account is also paid. Next, you will need to pay federal and stamp duties and pay income tax. Then it turns out that the funds are supposedly blocked by the regulator, and in order to withdraw them, you need 1000 USD. Judging by the reviews, scammers can even call their victim, introduce themselves as employees of the Federal Tax Service and demand to pay taxes, otherwise they will have to sue.

Summing up

Cooperation with VanInvestment will only lead to loss of time, money and nerves. This “kitchen” was created to lure investors out of money, and, judging by the reviews, it copes with this. Do not believe the "sweet" promises of charlatans and do not approach them within a cannon shot!
