The developers of the scam promise the alleged victims to earn on the best terms and stability in payments without the use of any restrictive measures. But all their promises are lies.

General information about Westex FX

You can already recognize a false intermediary by his website. Indeed, when creating a site, scammers do not bother with its design and content at all.

The same picture is observed with the official website westexfx.com. Rogues simply clone similar projects, use the same design, while saving their time on its design, as well as money on its development.

In the “About the Company” section, the creators of high-quality projects usually make a presentation, talk about the time the company was founded, work experience, and also provide information about the founders and leaders, post photos of employees and specialists. They also share information about the results of work and achievements.

There is nothing similar on the WestexFX website and close. The scammers ignored this question, adhering to the utmost anonymity.

Checking the registration date of the westexfx.com domain name, it turned out that it was activated in April 2023.

That is, the site westexfx.com has existed for only a few months.

In addition to information about the registration certificate and license, the site also lacks any legal documentation. You cannot find any internal documents containing the rules for customer service, as well as the rights and obligations of both parties, there is not even a banal “User Agreement”. 

This suggests that by registering on the site, the victims already automatically agree with the rules of the service. And if the trader wants to withdraw funds from westexfx.com, the scammers will immediately begin to present him with non-existent rules of internal documentation and, of course, will not confirm the withdrawal, accusing the client of some kind of “violation”.

Trading conditions

To lure naive clients, scammers resort to a variety of promises and guarantees of success.

Fraudsters talk about creating the best, exclusive conditions for customer service and compliance with all prescribed trading rules.

Registration and contacts

If legal companies providing financial services conduct their work openly, while publishing copies of registration documents and full legal information about themselves, then fake brokers do the opposite.

On the site of our hero there are no scans of absolutely no documentation. The registration number of Westex FX is not published here either, the scammers limited themselves to publishing the address of the office in the UK.

But when checking the database of registered companies in the UK, it turned out that WestexFX was not there. This suggests that Westex FX is an illegal sharaga that has no legal status and does not obey the law. 

To contact the platform specialists, the admins indicated a phone number and email.

But it is impossible to contact any of the indicated contacts, since they are fake and are present on the site only to divert eyes.

The swindlers themselves get in touch with the client who fell into their hook, using fake accounts and disposable phone numbers. 

They do this until they realize that nothing can be pulled from the client. After that, they cut off all contact with the victim.

License

The second most important information that should be provided for familiarization of potential customers is information about the availability of a license.

But it turns out that the office we are considering does not have a license from the UK regulatory authority, where it is allegedly registered, and this is another proof that its activities are illegal, and crooks have a free hand to commit their criminal deeds.  

The same is true with the activities of swindlers in the expanses of the CIS countries. Regulators of the countries do not know anything about this company, they were not issued permits, and the sharashka has no right to receive investments from citizens of these countries.
