UMGT also belongs to such “kitchens”. Despite the fact that in appearance this office creates a positive impression, in fact it conducts fraudulent activities, and the reviews of deceived users confirm this. UMGT has been operating since 2017 providing clients with personalized investment solutions. The company allegedly offers users a lot of advantages:

This is one of the main signs of fraud, but far from the only one. What else points to the black activities of UMGT, we understand further.

The first and most important evidence that we have been scammed is the absence of a license from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, certificates and other documentation indicating that UMGT is conducting legal investment activities in our country. 

As for the registration of UMGT, we found out that there is no such company in the USRLE/EGRIP database:

At the same time, the site says that this organization includes Undermanagement LLC and UMGlobe LTD. We tried to find information about these “subdivisions”. It turns out that there really is Undermanagement LLC in the egrul.nalog.ru registry. But it is registered not as an investment platform, but as a financial mediation consultant. 

That is, the company is not responsible for any financial losses and the investment process as a whole, and the undermanagement.ru website also openly states this: 

Moreover, using the rusprofile.ru service, we found out that as of 2019, the company had only 1 employee (despite the fact that it was registered in 2017!). It is quite obvious that this is an ordinary sharaga, which was created only to divert eyes. 

And things are even more interesting with UMGlobe LTD. It turned out that this office was registered in Cyprus, and, as you know, the offshore zone is the best place for various frauds.

Its director is a certain Christoforos Panagis (it is strange why not Roman Ulzetuev, who is the founder of UMGT). 

And the secretary is a certain LARGOS WORLD LΙΜΙΤΕD, about which there is practically no information on the Web. All these “tricks” are used only so that users cannot find “ends”. 

The lack of a “User Agreement” is another good reason why you should bypass this sharaga. This document prescribes all the conditions of cooperation, the rights and obligations of the parties. Accordingly, the breeders would have to indicate that they are an independent link in the chain "investor - company / project in which money is invested." They only give advice and are not responsible for anything.

Also, when preparing the review, we decided to check the contact details of UMGT. Let's start with a phone number:

After “breaking through” it through Yandex.Search, we found out that this number is used for the purposes of so-called telemarketing, that is, annoying calls to impose company services, which, as we said earlier, in most cases is evidence of fraud, and user reviews are confirm. 

The fact that breeders actively use “cold” calls to attract customers is also indicated by the vacancies that they posted on their website. The main requirement for their employees (it doesn’t matter if it’s an investment consultant or a marketer) is to conduct so-called “multi-channel communications” and attract customers:

Please note that charlatans do not indicate the floor, office number, but we are talking about a huge business center with 60 floors. Most likely, the address is simply fictitious. 

The Facebook profile is also “impressive”. As many as 97 subscribers and their ultra-low activity clearly do not speak in favor of UMGT. The services of these dodgers are used by only a few, and then - due to their naivety.

Nothing leaves any doubt that we have a classic scam project that, working under the guise of an investment platform, scams users for money. And the reviews of defrauded investors who fell victim to these crooks are a direct confirmation of our “verdict”. 

Promising investment proposals 

UMGT allegedly works in different areas: investments, insurance, tax planning, luxury real estate (abroad and in Russia), migration consulting, etc. Such a diversity of activities is ensured by the fact that the office allegedly cooperates with major banks and investment companies. But these are just words, there is no evidence. 

The affiliate program is also impressive, under the terms of which users receive a good profit for attracting new customers.
