Among the fraudulent companies operating in the financial market, Novafx stands out. This “kitchen” claims that it is reliable, profitable, affordable and safe with it, but every word of it is a lie. What divorce schemes does this sharaga use, how does it lure users, and what do they write about it in their reviews? All answers are in our review.

What is known about Novafx?

The legend of the crooks is impressive. They claim to have been providing services since 2014 and work under the direction of a certain organization, Nova Finance Technology Ltd. But the results of the check on the whois.ru service indicate that in fact the sharaga has been working for no more than a year, since the novafx.net domain was registered in 2020. 

There is no documentation, information about managers, employees, as well as registration data on the site. We decided to check on the Web who the parent company of Nova Finance Technology Ltd. is, and found only one organization with a similar name in the Cookies on Companies House services database - Nova finance & technology consulting limited.

But she has nothing to do with brokerage and investment activities - she is only engaged in providing advice on information technology. The date of registration also does not match: it was registered on June 30, 2009.

The “User Agreement” states that Nova Finance Technology is registered in Japan (Tokyo).

But such an office is not listed in the official register of Japanese organizations Corporate Information. This means that we have a sharaga carrying out shadow activities.

The site indicates the address where the office is located: Oceanic building office 268, 3035, Limassol, Cyprus. But he is fake, and several facts point to this. First, it also appears on the websites of other “kitchens”. 

Secondly, Google Map Online does not find the building Oceanic building office 268, the service determines only the city of Limassol itself.

As for other contact details, 2 phone numbers are presented in the corresponding section. Judging by the operator codes, these are Russian and German numbers. And where is the Cypriot one, if the office, according to the statements, is located in Limassol? It is quite obvious that neither the office nor the company itself exists. Fraudsters sit in some kind of underground premises and process their victims by phone. 

Not a word was said about licenses on the site. But, given the fact that the “kitchen” operates in Cyprus, it must have at least a permit issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. However, there is no Novafx regulator in the registry.

The same applies to the license of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, although this fact does not prevent crooks from providing services to residents of the CIS countries (of course, illegally). Do not forget: the lack of licenses not only calls into question the reliability of the company, but also indicates the insecurity of all financial transactions that are carried out within the site.

Novafx internal documentation is complete. Although it has no legal force, we have familiarized ourselves with the “User Agreement”, because it is with him that the deception begins.

In accordance with clause 3.4, the client acknowledges that for any losses, costs, unexpected expenses or damage, he alone is responsible (the company disclaims all responsibility):

The User is obliged in case of failure to fulfill any obligations under the "Agreement" to pay all costs and expenses of any nature. Judging by the reviews, swindlers use this item quite often, not only draining client money, but also driving the user into a debt hole.

The crooks claim that more than 1 million traders use their services, but for some reason, with such a huge client audience, the company does not have an official page in any of the social networks. 

Sentences that scammers use as a trap

Divorces offer users:

• more than 150 trading instruments (including currency pairs, stocks, precious metals, indices, cryptocurrencies);
• the possibility of free education;
• help of analysts.

But note that scammers hide information regarding spreads, commission size, leverage, minimum transaction volume, order execution speed. It is important for them to personally communicate with a potential victim, so they are waiting for her call and are already one-on-one imposing services. 

Novafx also offers several investment portfolios: 

• “Franklin” (quarterly earnings up to 10,57%); 
• "Buffet" (18.12%);
• "Samuelso" (27.6%). 

But users in the reviews claim that it is unrealistic to make money on the site.

What real users think: reviews about the office

We studied the reviews of customers who managed to use the services of the office, and finally made sure that this is a scam, since almost all the comments are written in a negative way:

Exposing charlatans

The essence of the Novafx scam is simple. At first, scammers actively impose their services, luring users with big earnings, free help from professional analysts, and additional privileges. The user deposits money into the account and, judging by the reviews, at first he manages to raise capital (in fact, the process of trading and accumulating interest is simulated). But as soon as the client is about to withdraw funds, problems begin. The crooks either accuse him of non-compliance with the terms of the contract, or talk about the incorrect operation of the platform, the banking system, as a result of which the transaction cannot be carried out. Often, swindlers claim that money can only be withdrawn if the user deposits an additional amount that will cover all costs (taxes and other fees). 

Also, many users in the reviews write that the managers of the office obsessively offer to take a loan and increase the deposit. They argue that the debt can be repaid in the near future from the funds earned, since “right now” is the most likely to hit the jackpot. But no matter what actions the user resorts to, he ends up with nothing.

All facts and reviews indicate that Novafx is a fraudulent organization. If you do not want to become her next victim, do not contact the office. These crooks will definitely not let you earn a penny!
