Reliable organizations try to make their sites informative and visually pleasing, but Kompaniets Capital is not one of them. The cost of the site is only 11 rubles, and it seems to us that this is a lot.

You can learn about the creator of the HYIP project from the video posted on the site. He is Andrey Kompaniets. This person runs the KKMed company, which sells pharmaceutical products. Previously, he was the director of PromAgro, an organization that sold agricultural products. We are sure that it is impossible to quickly sort out medical devices and equipment after working in the agricultural sector, so the conclusion suggests itself: the scammers simply chose a profitable area and tell investors about the profit that they supposedly will receive. There is no smell of real investments here.

From the reviews, we learned that Andrey Kompaniets is a debtor in the enforcement proceedings that the court opened against him last year. Now it is clear where the Pinocchio money goes: the creator of the financial pyramid pays his debts from it.

Kompaniets Capital does not provide registration certificates, however, we were able to find out the TIN from the documents published on the website. The audit showed that the field of activity ends with the sale of medical supplies, that is, it has nothing to do with deposits. According to the Federal Tax Service, last year she worked in the red and did not pay a single penny of taxes. How can an organization that is unable to support itself offer investment services? 

In addition, in the video on the site, we see an office with many employees, but the Unified State Register of Legal Entities says that only one person works in the company. Scammers are trying to save an extra ruble and not pay tax on employees. Or the videos they published are just another fake.

As we have already said, the founder of Kompaniets Capital is the founder of KKMed. This organization is actively looking for “dialers”, and from the reviews we know that exactly the same ads were submitted on behalf of the hero of our review. For 45 thousand rubles, the scammers offer managers to sell their conscience and bring new victims into the financial pyramid.

The site has an agreement with AlfaStrakhovanie. It says that for each stipulated case, she will pay 10 million rubles. If you believe the promises of this office, take your time: in the reviews, users say that they have not been able to receive compensation from it for years. Some users claim that AlfaStrakhovanie is in collusion with scammers and receives money from them for using its name.

The swindlers do not talk about the license of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, but this is not surprising: it is not comme il faut to admit that you have been blacklisted. The audit showed that the domestic regulator considers Kompaniets Capital a financial pyramid, which means that it is dangerous to cooperate with it.

There are no other legal documents. It is not clear under what conditions the scammers offer to work. • profit from 22 to 38% per year;
• the possibility of early termination of the contract without loss of income;
• individual insurance.

The minimum deposit term is three months. From the reviews, we learned that the scammers promised users training materials, but did not provide them.

Breeders plan to work for a long time, so they pay copywriters for positive reviews. However, on independent sites you can still find comments left by real investors. They argue that cooperation with the company will turn into a disaster and it is better to find a reliable financial partner.

How do investors lose money?

It is not for nothing that scammers hire “dialers”, because most often they attack the victim by phone. They talk a lot about profitable cooperation with a Russian company that offers the “most favorable” conditions. If the user expresses concerns, he is presented with an insurance contract, payments under which supposedly cover all possible losses. Judging by the reviews, most often pensioners are led to the tales of hyperers, who then remain without a livelihood.

Since the crooks want to work for as long as possible, they make small payments. This encourages users to invest additional funds. However, the life of HYIPs is short, and soon the pyramid will collapse. Profit will be able to get only the top, and everyone else will be left with a nose.
