Important information about the company
The Global Capital Alliance website says that it is a British brokerage organization that is doing everything to become a leader in the financial market. We did not find her registration documents and reports on financial activities. It also does not appear in the official register.
The company has only been around for a few months, as evidenced by reviews written no earlier than 2022 and the results of a Whois check.
It is impossible to contact Global Capital Alliance representatives by phone, as they did not provide their number. There is also no address where the office is located. The user can either leave an online application on the site, or write an e-mail. But even here we found one nuance - the email that these crooks indicated does not exist.
There is no Global Capital Alliance in any of the social networks. This once again testifies to the underground activities of the “kitchen”. Any self-respecting company provides customers with the opportunity to contact support in all convenient ways, in particular through instant messengers on social networks.
Availability of a license and other documentation of the Global Capital Alliance
In the footer there is a link to the FCA, which leads to the consonant licensed organization Capital Alliance Partners Limited. We found her official website on the Web, got acquainted with it and came to the conclusion that she has nothing to do with the hero of our review. The crooks hide behind the documents of another organization, and this is a fact.
Judging by the reviews, they mainly operate in the Russian market. To do this, they must have a license from the Central Bank, but we found out that they do not have it.
The office is also not listed in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and in the SRO database, which means that it works outside the legal framework. Traders who nevertheless decide to cooperate with it should understand that their rights and interests will not be protected at the legislative level and in case of conflict situations they will not be able to seek help from higher authorities.
To understand how this “kitchen” works, we also got acquainted with its internal documents and found a number of points indicating that this is a scam. For example, the sharaga states that:
- is not responsible for any damages, losses incurred by the user;
- may at any time restrict the client's access to the platform's services and account;
- has the right to charge any amount to cover commissions and pay other fees.
What does Global Capital Alliance offer?
Rogues seek to attract the attention of users with favorable terms of cooperation, so they advertise themselves as soon as they can. At the same time, we did not find specifics on the site: there is no clear information about trading accounts, spreads, leverage, etc. They only talk about what they offer:
- trading in currencies, stocks, cryptocurrencies, indices, options;
- an innovative trading platform in which you can configure the necessary parameters;
- high leverage;
- the ability to use the services of the company using a PC and mobile devices;
- personal assistance from managers.
Reviews from real users
Since the office has been on the financial market for only a few months, there are very few reviews about it, and all of them are purely negative. Users unanimously declare that its main goal is to get rich at the expense of naive traders.
On what principle does the office work and how does it manage to deceive users?
To create a telephone database of potential victims, the crooks posted an online form on the site in which users must provide their contact information. They also look for numbers on social networks and on various sites (they are especially interested in people who are looking for work and leave their resumes with contacts). Next, the swindlers proceed to telephone attacks and literally force users to become their customers. They promise not only big earnings, but also official employment in the future.
Judging by the reviews, the trader is offered to start trading with $500. At the same time, they say that he will be able to withdraw money only after he has carried out several dozen transactions. Then a real performance unfolds in front of him - all operations on the site are carried out successfully, and the deposit grows. Being in a state of euphoria, the user contributes a certain amount of funds to increase earnings.
After a while, he decides to withdraw the money, but in response he receives a message about the need to pay all commissions and taxes. After that, the user's account is frozen, as he allegedly violated the terms of the "Agreement".
Summing up
Global Capital Alliance is a "kitchen", which is covered by other people's documents and fake data. Everyone who dared to cooperate with her, judging by the reviews, was left with nothing. If you do not want to become one of the victims of this office, it is better to bypass it.
