This fake office shamelessly deceives traders, promising them \u201cmountains of gold\u201d. The scammers claim to care about the client&#039;s transactions, but the only thing they want is to grab more money from naive users. Next, we will tell you what scheme scammers use for divorce, and also show what they write about them on the Internet.<\/p>\n<h2>What is known about HE-Llc?<\/h2>\n<p>The main page of the he-llc.com site greets us with loud promises that the broker will open the world of finance for the trader, providing a variety of trading tools. But we know that the only thing these charlatans can do is rob the user to the penny and disappear into thin air.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-32957fb.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>HE-Llc is another clone of such pseudo-brokers as QuNea and FC-Ltd. There are no crooks in it, of course. According to legend, the \u201ckitchen\u201d has been operating for four years, and during this time a quarter of a million traders have become its clients.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-75282c2.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The verification service showed that the domain was registered back in 2007. It was updated a little over a month ago - 04\/23\/2021. This means that until that moment no HE-Llc broker existed; the scammers simply bought the domain with the \u201chistory\u201d, changed the design and made the site of an allegedly successful financial intermediary. This is confirmed by the absence of reviews for the entire time the broker has been working.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-dc57ed1.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is confirmed by the information we received from the web archive. In 2019, the site was empty and did not work.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-e5372f8.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The scammers know that their scam project will soon sink under a hail of negative reviews, so they decided not to invest a dime in it. A special service rated the HE-Llc website at zero!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-be974be.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Overview of license and legal documents<\/h2>\n<p>As well as on the QuNea and FC-Ltd scam sites, the charlatans&#039; website contains a list of regulators from all possible countries:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission;<\/li>\n<li>Australian Securities and Investments Commission;<\/li>\n<li>Belize International Financial Services Commission;<\/li>\n<li>Financial Regulatory Authority of the Islands of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>HE-Ltd also claims to be partnering with global liquidity providers: Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co and HSBC Holdings. This is nonsense: such organizations value their reputation, so they will not work with a \u201ckitchen\u201d that does not even have reviews on the Web. It&#039;s ridiculous to talk about following the MiFID Directive: we are sure that the charlatans did not even open this document.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-51c8919.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Naturally, swindlers do not have any licenses. We checked them in the CySec and IFSC registries. They did not even bother to go to the website of the Financial Regulatory Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines and read that this offshore does not issue licenses for trading in Forex and the cryptocurrency market.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-1603488.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the footer of the site there is a mention of another regulator - FSC Mauritius. Also, fake license numbers are indicated here, which CySec and IFSC allegedly issued to sharaga.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-947e9df.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Naturally, the Financial Commission of Mauritius did not issue any permits to the fraudsters.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-d9e0e36.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Considering that the platform of scammers is localized into Russian, they set their sights on the citizens of our country. According to Law No. 460-FZ, any broker who wants to work in Russia must obtain permission from the Central Bank, register as a legal entity and join the relevant self-regulatory organization. The scammers did not fulfill any of these points: they are not in the database of brokers licensed by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-b8558dd.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-3da81d5.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There is also no data on HE-Llc in the online register of legal entities in Russia.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-27a9569.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Judging by the reviews, in the legal documents of the \u201ckitchens\u201d there is always a force majeure clause, as a result of which they can close customer transactions and carry out any actions with the account. This condition is also spelled out in the \u201cClient Agreement\u201d of HE-Llc.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-ad2d022.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the same document, we found a phrase that all disputes between a trader and a fake office should be resolved in Vanuatu. It is not clear which side this republic also surfaced here.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/pr-forex.com\/reviews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-9963688.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Reviews indicate that it is easy to get a \u201cregistration permit\u201d in this offshore: it is enough to pay a meager amount to the budget. However, HC-Llc scammers decided not to spend a single penny on their scam project: they are not registered in Vanuatu.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-a880b7c.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>HE-Llc Trade Offers<\/h2>\n<p>The broker offers the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>more than 100 trading instruments;<\/li>\n<li>the minimum deposit is $150;<\/li>\n<li>leverage - up to 1:500.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can earn on stocks, currencies, indices, raw materials, precious metals and cryptocurrencies. Breeders came up with three types of accounts:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-aafa891.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-7d0cc85.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/tor-corporation.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/he-llc-otzyvy-o-proekte-i-obzor-torgovyh-predlozhenij-0892cb0.jpg\" alt=\"HE-Llc: feedback on the project and review of trade offers\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Beginners are lured with 1:500 leverage. In fact, this is just a fake: trusted brokers offer leverage up to 1:30. The figures indicated by HE-Llc indicate that trading takes place only within their platform, transactions do not enter the market. At the same time, there is no information about swaps, spreads and commissions on the platform.<\/p>\n<h2>Reviews about the pseudo-broker<\/h2>\n<p>The basement office has existed for about a month, and during this time it has not yet had time to collect a bouquet of negative reviews. The scam actively imposes its services, so soon the Network will be full of truthful comments about cheaters. As soon as the reviews appear, we will immediately publish them.<\/p>\n<h2>HE-Llc scam scheme<\/h2>\n<p>The crooks did not bother with the scheme: they lure customers with \u201csweet\u201d promises of cosmic profits, the only condition for which is to replenish the account for the maximum possible amount. Once the victim is trapped, they are shown simulated trading, incentivized to deposit additional funds.<\/p>\n<p>Next, there are two options. Charlatans can simply drain the deposit, claiming that this happened due to system failures or the client&#039;s own mistakes. If the user wants to withdraw money, he is told stories about segregated accounts, for withdrawal of funds from which it is necessary to pay additional commissions. Naturally, HE-Llc will not return a penny to the user.<\/p>\n<h2>Our verdict<\/h2>\n<p>Fake office HE-Llc was created only for pumping money. As soon as a flurry of negative reviews covers the scammers, they will quickly cover it up and create a new \u201ckitchen\u201d.
