The main page of the AMX Index website greets us with a promising headline:<\/p>\n

The evidence of a responsible approach is that half of the site's tabs do not open. Judging by the reviews, earlier it was possible to at least look at the address and contacts of AMX Index, but now it is impossible even to register on the platform. The cost of the site is a little more than 700 rubles, and even those have been accrued only during the existence. It's no surprise that it works poorly.<\/p>\n

The fake office claims to have been providing services to users since 2009, and during this time more than one hundred thousand people have become its clients. <\/p>\n

However, the pseudo-broker did not even receive an offshore \u201cregistration permit\u201d. Having checked the office using the offshore.su resource, we found out that there is no AMX Index in the registry of companies in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.<\/p>\n

Often scammers publish fake license data, but there is no information about it at all on the AMX Index website. We checked to see if regulators in the Netherlands or Saint Vincent and the Grenadines issued permits to this company. Predictably, Autoriteit Financiele Markten (the Dutch regulator) hasn't heard anything about the sharaga.<\/p>\n

As for the SVGFSA, this organization does not, in principle, regulate the activities of brokers. <\/p>\n

Since the site of the fake broker is available only in Russian, it is clear that it is focused on users from the Russian Federation and the CIS countries. According to Law 430-FZ, any organization that provides financial services in Russia is required to obtain a license from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. \u201cKitchen\u201d \u201cAMH Index\u201d did not receive a permit from the Central Bank, which means that it does not have the right to work with Russian citizens.<\/p>\n
